Bianca & James Madanayake-Hailstone (Founders, SriVasana)

We are a husband and wife team who made the decision to uproot our lives in England to pursue a more fulfilling and family oriented life in Sri Lanka.

Bianca is a Sri Lankan/English Yoga Teacher & Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. She is deeply passionate about helping people feel calmer, happier and more free in body and mind. James has extensive experience in the transport and logisitics industry, this combined with their love and knowledge of Sri Lanka means together they are able to provide a unique and unforgettable experience sharing all that the resplendant isle has to offer.

What we do

Fully guided bespoke tours around Sri Lanka:

We have a team of fully qualified, English speaking tour guides who also serve as drivers. They are endorsed by the Sri Lanka Tourism board and are ready to show you all there is to see in Sri Lanka. We can provide a full ‘end to end’ holiday package for you. We can take care of everything from the moment you enter the arrivals hall at Colombo International Airport including; transport around the island, hotel and guest house reservations, restaurant reservations, tourist attraction bookings and much more.

Island Wide Airport Transfers:

We can arrange a full meet and greet service where our qualified driver will greet you in the arrivals hall at the Airport before taking you and your luggage to one of our modern air conditioned vehicles where you will also be offered chilled water for your journey.

Yoga Retreat Planning:

As with our fully guided tours we can also take care of retreat planning within Sri Lanka. We can coordinate with yoga retreat venues offering fantastic food and facilities for your guests. With our wealth of contacts on the island we can create a truly unforgettable experience for you and your guests with excursions, and extra activities balanced with the calm and relaxation of some of the best venues on the Island. We will handle all transport to and from the venue and during any excursions we plan during the retreat.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation & Payment:

Once your booking has been created a booking confirmation will be sent for your approval. You should check this carefully to ensure all relevant details are correct including your name, contact details and the details of the services you are booking. Any incorrect details should be reported to your SriVasana representative and rectified before your booking is confirmed. As much as SriVasana will make every effort to do so if necessary, it may not be possible to rectify any inaccuracies in the booking details once the booking is confirmed. Upon confirmation of these details a deposit amount of 50% is required to secure the booking(s). Full payment is to be made no later than 7 days prior to the commencement of the services being provided. In the case that a booking is made less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the services then full payment will be payable upon confirmation of the booking. Any prices given in currencies other than Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) are given based on the exchange rate at that time of consultation. SriVasana cannot be held accountable for changes in exchange rates after the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You may cancel your booking by contacting your SriVasana representative. Any cancellation fees will be determined based on the date of which notice of cancellation is received and a percentage of the total price of your booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if the cancellation request is received by your representative more than 30 days prior to the commencement of your booking, 100% of any payments made will be refunded. In the case that the cancellation request is received less than 30 days but more than 07 days before the commencement of your booking, 50% of the total booking price will be refunded. If the cancellation request is received 07 days or less before the commencement of your booking then bookings are non refundable. Any bookings made within 07 days of the commencement of the booking are non refundable.

Changes to your booking:

SriVasana is committed to providing an open and friendly service. In the event that you wish to change your booking and/or itinerary either before or during your tour you should convey this to your SriVasana representative at the earliest possible convenience. SriVasana will make every possible effort to accommodate any changes requested but cannot guarantee to fulfil all these requests due to circumstances out of our control. Any additional costs or charges attributable to any changes must be paid by the customer.
